We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sushi Langford - Belmont. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
- Supervise and mentor our team of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and stay ahead of culinary trends.
- Plan and execute menus that meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and driving culinary innovation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
