About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet demand.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our chefs improve their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment

Work Setting

Experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
