Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sushi Langford - Belmont. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Development: Create new and innovative menu ideas that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory, ensuring that we are able to manage our resources effectively and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Language: English
