Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Culinary LeadershipTrain and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary goals.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff, to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional results.
Kitchen OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure we meet our culinary goals and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related culinary role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week is required.
