About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sushi Langford - Belmont. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.

Staff Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior chef role

Language

Fluent in English
