Oracle Functional Consultant (HCM Fusion)

We are currently seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant, who will report directly to the HRIS Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our ongoing efforts to enhance and broaden the utilization of the Oracle system, aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction throughout the organization. The HRIS team is responsible for supporting human resources, payroll, benefits, and system-related services for our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and support the Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Talent Management systems.
  2. Conduct functional configuration and troubleshooting.
  3. Collaborate with users to gather requirements for system enhancements.
  4. Ensure optimal system performance and propose recommendations for improvements.
  5. Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
  6. Monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution in line with service level agreements.
  7. Facilitate user acceptance testing to support system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education in a technology-related field.
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is essential.
  4. Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud is advantageous.
  5. Strong aptitude for learning information management systems.
  6. Preference for Oracle Certified Specialists.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  8. Effective communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
  9. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  10. High level of customer service orientation.
  11. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
