We are currently in search of a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team.
As a Benefits Coordinator, your role will focus on delivering outstanding benefits support to our workforce, which includes managing benefits programs and engaging with employees throughout the organization. You will also be tasked with continuously enhancing service quality by identifying and implementing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the prompt, precise, and effective administration of employee benefits
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and the annual reenrollment process
- Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners across various divisions
- Process transactions utilizing various systems (Oracle HCM, Flexit360, Maax, Sun Life, InfinityHR)
- Utilize technology to deliver efficient and effective customer service to employees
- Identify and propose solutions for opportunities to improve processes and participate in initiatives aimed at process enhancement
Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma with relevant experience in benefits or human resources administration is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a highly collaborative team environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding employees' personal and sensitive information
