We are currently looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team.

As a Benefits Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional support regarding employee benefits, which includes managing benefits programs and collaborating with employees throughout the organization. Your role will also involve continuously enhancing service quality by identifying and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt, precise, and effective management of employee benefits
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and annual reenrollment processes
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners across various divisions
  • Process transactions using multiple systems (Oracle HCM, Flexit360, Maax, Sun Life, InfinityHR)
  • Utilize technology to provide efficient and effective support to our employees
  • Identify and propose solutions for process enhancement opportunities and engage in improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma with relevant experience in benefits or human resources administration is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employees' personal and sensitive information
