Oracle Functional Analyst (HCM Fusion)

We are currently seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to report to the HRIS Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing and expanding the utilization of the Oracle system to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction throughout the organization. The HRIS team provides support for human resources, payroll, benefits, and system-related services to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and support Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Talent Management systems.
  2. Conduct functional configuration and troubleshooting.
  3. Collaborate with users to gather requirements for system enhancements.
  4. Ensure optimal system performance and recommend improvements.
  5. Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors for escalated issues.
  6. Monitor incidents and ensure timely resolution per service level agreements.
  7. Facilitate user acceptance testing for system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education in a technology-related field.
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is essential.
  4. Familiarity with Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud is advantageous.
  5. Strong aptitude for learning information management systems.
  6. Preference for Oracle Certified Specialist designation.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  8. Effective communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
  9. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  10. High level of customer service orientation.
  11. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
