We are currently seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team.

As a Benefits Coordinator, you will deliver outstanding benefits support to our workforce, which includes managing benefits programs and collaborating with employees throughout the organization. Your role will also involve the continuous enhancement of service quality by identifying and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt, precise, and effective management of employee benefits
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and the annual reenrollment process
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners across various divisions
  • Process transactions using multiple systems (Oracle HCM, Flexit360, Maax, Sun Life, InfinityHR)
  • Utilize technology to deliver efficient and effective customer service to our employees
  • Identify and propose solutions for process enhancement opportunities and engage in process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma with relevant experience in benefits or human resources administration is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while providing exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to contribute to a highly collaborative team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employees' personal and sensitive information
