Your Role
BDO Digital is seeking a new Senior Manager for our Ceridian Dayforce Practice, with the flexibility to work remotely across Canada. As one of the pioneering Ceridian Dayforce System Integrator partners for Human Capital Management (HCM), BDO has built a significant presence in North America, recognized as one of Ceridian's most strategic partners. The Senior Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring project delivery aligns with BDO's quality standards and project management practices, while meeting overall project timelines.
- Collaborating with BDO industry leaders, the Ceridian Dayforce Practice Leader, and the National Technology Leader to develop a market strategy aimed at enhancing BDO's footprint in the HCM sector and expanding our opportunity pipeline.
- Enhancing the delivery team's capabilities by attracting experienced Dayforce professionals and nurturing talent new to the Dayforce ecosystem.
- Leading strategic sales initiatives, utilizing the core team to create and present proposals, sales support materials, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Monitoring project financials to drive profitability and manage risks effectively.
- Staying informed on current and emerging trends in HCM processes and technologies, applying this knowledge to strengthen BDO's position in the Canadian HCM market.

Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a consulting or professional services firm, overseeing cloud technology implementations, particularly in HCM or ERP systems (e.g., Dayforce, ADP, UKG, Workday, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP).
- Experience managing HCM or ERP project delivery.
- Experience in driving sales initiatives, business development, demonstrations, and proofs of concept is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of project financials and governance to ensure quality and mitigate risks.
- Experience in engaging with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to attract talent, coach, and mentor team members.
- Exceptional presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with clients and colleagues.
