**Administrative Assistant Role Overview**
The Inland Group of Companies, a leading provider of aviation support services, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the company's managers and supervisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate the new-hire process, including scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and verifying documents.
- Manage employee timecards, ensuring timely and accurate processing for each payroll cycle.
- Organize uniform programs, provide employees with order forms, and forward orders to corporate or online platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to routine and non-routine questions, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
