Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business valuations, risks, and synergies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses and effective onboarding processes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting our industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; post-graduate education an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic business development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
