Key Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in large-scale, complex environments with a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence.
  • A strong understanding of cultural transformation and the ability to guide teams through shifts in mindset, technology, and processes.
  • An innate passion for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for underrepresented groups, ideally with built relationships with Indigenous groups and communities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to build and implement forward-thinking talent acquisition initiatives.

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
