The ExecThread is seeking a President to serve as its chief executive and lead the institution in all operational matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and leading a community of over 600 students, faculty, and staff to fulfill the Academy's mission and vision.

This role involves overseeing all functions of the Academy, including academics, finance, enrollment, human resources, and community relations. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a collaborative style, experienced in strategic planning, and has a strong background in areas such as human resources, fundraising, and community engagement.

As a Practicing Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education, the candidate must hold at least an undergraduate degree from a recognized university. This role requires excellent strategic, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as outstanding communication abilities to build relationships within the school and the broader community.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
