Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and source top talent for open positions.

  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolve conflicts and issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
