Job Title: Partner Associate

McMillan Shakespeare Limited is seeking a highly skilled Partner Associate to join our team. As a Partner Associate, you will play a crucial role in working closely with our dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, and other key partnerships to educate on novated leasing and assist in executing digital strategies and onsite activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and database generation
  • Novated Leasing growth
  • Brand advocacy

The ideal candidate will have highly developed account management and relationship-building experience, with a proven track record in relationship or education roles. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional service to our partners, facilitate onsite education presentations, and identify future opportunities to provide increased lead generation and novated leasing growth.
