Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple engagements and large streams of work for clients in the Government/Public, Healthcare, and/or Not-for-Profit sectors.
- Provide internal operational support to ensure day-to-day delivery is properly managed.
- Contribute to business development and provide support to develop proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Create innovative solutions to office or work-related problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Experience as an external consultant in the Health Care, Public Sector, or Not-for-Profit sector an asset.
- Self-directed, with the passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Innovative and dynamic; brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business.
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.
- Strong business development acumen and execution.
- Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to developing their career.
Education
- Related university degree in a business, health care, or public policy related field.
- Post-Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MPA or MPP), PMP, CPA, or additional professional designation (e.g., CPA, P.Eng., or R.N) strongly preferred.
