Associate Consultant Opportunity

Optimus SBR, a leading management consulting firm in Toronto, is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our consulting team as an Associate Consultant.

Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple engagements and large streams of work for clients in the Government/Public, Healthcare, and/or Not-for-Profit sectors.
  • Provide internal operational support to ensure day-to-day delivery is properly managed.
  • Contribute to business development and provide support to develop proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Create innovative solutions to office or work-related problems.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience as an external consultant in the Health Care, Public Sector, or Not-for-Profit sector an asset.
  • Self-directed, with the passion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Innovative and dynamic; brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business.
  • Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines.
  • Strong business development acumen and execution.
  • Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to developing their career.

Education
  • Related university degree in a business, health care, or public policy related field.
  • Post-Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MPA or MPP), PMP, CPA, or additional professional designation (e.g., CPA, P.Eng., or R.N) strongly preferred.
