Job Title: Loyalty Promotions Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Loyalty Promotions Strategy Manager at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead our loyalty merchandising strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional strategies that support the business and vendor partners across in-store, flyer, and digital channels. This includes overseeing the loyalty's OPEX, CAPEX, and promotional budget, as well as annual vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement front shop loyalty marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and generate incremental sales & margin
  • Provide timely, accurate campaign analysis to enable sound and well-informed business decisions
  • Work closely with customer insights and analytics teams to monitor results and optimize plans to drive business objectives
  • Negotiate and communicate robust vendor packages to build sustainable vendor engagement in the loyalty program
  • Collaborate with loyalty partners to plan, build, and execute bespoke offers to support their needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a marketing/retail environment
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • A strong understanding of retail loyalty programs and promotional strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
