Marketing Manager - On the Go Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Marketing Manager to play a critical role in growing our multipack & macro-snack portfolio.

The successful candidate will support a robust strategic vision across a collection of portfolios, leveraging clear data & consumer insights to deliver strong execution and short-term results.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager – On the Go Strategy, Multipacks & Macro Snacks.

Job Description
  • Innovation Pipeline Lead: Develop and execute commercialization processes for multiple portfolios, partnering closely with cross-functional leads.
  • Consumer-Centric Programming: Collaborate with agency partners to drive development & execution of programming across strategic portfolios (Variety Packs, Cannisters & Macro-snacks).
  • Strategic Planning: Support business review through AOP, delivering clear growth strategies and a robust innovation strategy grounded in consumer insights & demand spaces.
  • Business Deep Dives: Conduct thorough and timely analysis from a consumer, category & competitive lens to track brand performance & identify gaps.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum requirement; Business degree preferred.
  • Marketing Experience: 2+ years relevant experience; CPG experience is an asset.
  • Brand Growth Plans: Ability to build & execute superior consumer marketing programs.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships; build consensus & influence business partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to mine data for critical insights.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of approximately €70,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
