We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Ltd.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and communication.
- Develop and establish efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, utilizing effective time management skills.
- Handle incoming calls and messages, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, guaranteeing seamless access to essential documents.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, adhering to high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A college diploma or equivalent from a program lasting 1-2 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
