- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
- Data Entry: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-6 months in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent position, working 32-35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have excellent time management skills, and be a team player.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
