The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the company.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time permanent position with a 37.5 to 40 hour workweek.
  • The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new procedures, establish priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  2. Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to record release under access to information legislation.
  3. Office Services: Co-ordinate office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  4. Financial Management: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory controls.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Work Environment
  • The Office Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and require attention to detail.
Language and Education
  • The primary language of work is English.
  • Education: College or CEGEP certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
