We are a dynamic and growing transportation company seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office administrative procedures.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in office administration and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, training programs, and company policies.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • IT Support: Ensure that all computer systems and software are functioning properly and provide technical support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Office.
  • Government Programs: Recognized employer.
