Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Building Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
