Today, we continue to push boundaries, driven by our passion for changing the world. We're seeking a talented Regional Business Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of a vital book of business in Northern Ontario.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for growth within a existing customer portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, growing business within existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth of business within existing accounts
- Development of new business opportunities within the territory
- Support the development and execution of customer account strategies aligned with key business metrics
- Becoming a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their business needs
- Developing a blueprint for key accounts, including contract terms, services, products, buying groups, etc.
- Project Management and problem-solving to drive outcomes inter-departmentally for the customer
- Ongoing in-service education with clinical staff on our products and services related to safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance, and education
- Providing product expertise across our full service offering
- Serving as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams
- Ability to support new product installations or new program implementations at a customer site
- Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results, and successes
- Support the facilitation of quarterly business reviews, conduct pre-work audits, data assessment, and stakeholder feedback collation to provide strategic recommendations and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience
- Strong closing skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with value-based selling confidence
- Computer-based skills; Microsoft Office, etc.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
