At Paris Natural Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for managing the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of the natural foods industry and be able to provide strategic guidance to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Manage the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are meeting their sales targets
  • Provide strategic guidance to the sales team on the natural foods industry
