About the Role

BGIS is a leading provider of customized facility management and real estate services. We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to lead our janitorial services in the North Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence for janitorial services, engaging with staff, Sustainable Cleaning Solutions management, and BGIS Corporate Support groups.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to janitorial staff, contributing to the management of the IO account and SCS service line.
  • Develop and implement an operational plan, staffing, quality, supply logistics, financial, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Approve expenditures within delegated authority.
  • Monitor the day-to-day delivery of janitorial services, maintaining or improving quality.

Requirements

  • Prior management experience in janitorial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, problem resolution, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others.
