Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to lead our sales team at Paris Natural Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating the work of regions and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
