Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Conference Planning Professional to join our Strategic Initiatives team. As an Innovation Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating details to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of our upcoming events and office operations.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties and office operations
  • Ticket registration management and data entry
  • General research, and making/building connections with new and existing vendors
  • Handling shipping logistics and deliveries
  • Inventory tracking and event-related research

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Administration or related field (special consideration given)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with Google applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general data entry
