Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Events Coordinator to join our Marketing & Sales Enablement team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events for ultra-high-net-worth clients and B2B corporate events.

About the Role
  • Plan and execute RPIA-hosted events, managing all aspects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate event sponsorship activities and conference participation, developing sponsorship ads and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client appreciation efforts, including client anniversaries, holiday observances, and gifting across all channels.
  • Design and develop supporting marketing materials for events, including invitations, signage, printed materials, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to manage event planning and delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Track spending for events, sponsorships, client appreciation, and conferences, preparing CRM reports on attendance, ROI, value-added, compliance tracking, and more.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in event management, preferably in an ultra-high-net-worth client or B2B corporate events environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with event management software, CRM tools (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as audiovisual technologies.
