This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in corporate or agency event management, with a proven track record of planning and executing complex events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of Aviso's corporate events;
  • Developing and managing project briefs, maintaining budgets, conducting venue sourcing, F&B orders, and overseeing ground and air transportation;
  • Managing senior and executive level stakeholders effectively during the event planning and on-site process;
  • Coordinating event resources, providing clear direction, and monitoring successful execution and delivery;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate or agency event management;
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to easily adopt new technology;
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities;
  • Track record of being extremely well organized and detail-oriented;
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or business administration preferred;
  • Fluent communication skills in English required, bilingual skills in French an asset.
