The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the production of large-scale events in 2025. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the central point of communication, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, partner agencies, and clients.

  • You will attend project-related calls, capture action items, and address communication gaps.
  • Develop comprehensive workback schedules to align with project goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor internal deliverables across Accounts, Production, and Creative teams to ensure timely completion and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (20+ members) and partner agencies, scheduling stakeholder meetings and providing consistent updates.

You will also manage client approvals, review deliverables for quality, and ensure they meet the highest standards before submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • PMP certification.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, conferences, or similar projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience working with agency teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
