Luxury Beauty Sales Professional

Holt Renfrew offers an exceptional opportunity for a Luxury Beauty Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and exceeding sales targets.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a proven track record of success in commission-based sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed sales and service personal goals and targets.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.
- Product Knowledge: Share expert-level product knowledge with the store selling team and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
- Marketing Opportunities: Identify key marketing opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management on a routine basis.
- Experience: Minimum of two or more years experience in a commission-based sales environment.
- Qualifications: High school diploma, prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred.
- Certifications: Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance.
