Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and has a proven track record of success in commission-based sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Consistently deliver extraordinary customer service and exceed sales and service personal goals and targets.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Share expert-level product knowledge with the store selling team and maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
  • Marketing Opportunities: Identify key marketing opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management on a routine basis.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of two or more years experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma, prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred.
  • Certifications: Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance.
