Luxury Sales Professional

Candidates should have 1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail service environment. This role involves driving sales and providing excellent customer service while adhering to Coach's standards.
About the Role:
As a Sales Associate III at Tapestry, you will be responsible for upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models, creating a positive first impression, and building ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with Company priorities.
- Take ownership and commit to delivering results, remaining actively aware of personal and store metrics.
- Create short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador.
- Demonstrate Coach's Selling and Service expectations at all times.
Key Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who can effectively cope with change, adapt quickly, and make decisions without having the total picture. The ideal candidate will possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate must have 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Candidates should also possess basic computer skills, including using iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet, and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
