Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in luxury retail sales. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service to our clients, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client receives a personalized experience aligned with Dolce & Gabbana's high standards.
  • Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the sales team in maintaining a smooth running sales floor.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and Dolce & Gabbana's history and heritage, serving as a role model by prioritizing client satisfaction and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively utilize clienteling tools to maximize sales potential, enhance business development, and ensure individual and store goals are met.
  • Monitor and update CRM records to build and retain relationships with current customers and identify potential new clients.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with loyal DG clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor, ensuring it remains visually appealing and well-organized.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience
Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards for a Luxury Sales Professional in the Toronto area.
