Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized consultations to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product knowledge and making informed recommendations.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers, resulting in increased loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Knowledge: Attend educational sessions and stay current on product launches, ingredients, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with the sales team to achieve department goals and objectives.
Requirements

  • High School Diploma: A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • Commission-Based Sales Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment is preferred.
  • Luxury Retail Experience: Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is an asset.
  • Make-up Artistry or Aesthetics Certificate: A certificate in make-up artistry or aesthetics may be required for certain brands.
