Cannabis Territory Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cannabis Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to drive sales growth for MediPharm Labs.
You will use self-motivation and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with current and prospective customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry. Your primary focus will be on promoting the retail sale of cannabis products, presenting and selling MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands, and providing product education to retailers.
The successful candidate will have a proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industries. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
A high school diploma is required; however, a Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. A valid driver's license and vehicle are must-haves, as frequent travel is required.
