About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within the assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and company policies to provide expert knowledge and support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to calculate discounts and manage budgets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory, including segments up to 2 hours.
  • Physical demands include sitting, typing, walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
