Job Summary

This position will support the Senior Administration Team, Principals and Assistant Principals in accordance with GNWT Acts, Policies, Regulations, the NWTTA and UNW Collective Agreements.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide guidance on human resource policies and procedures;
  • Assist with recruitment, selection and hiring processes;
  • Manage employee records and benefits administration;
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff;
  • Collaborate with senior administrators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
