Nahanni Construction Ltd. is a leading construction company based in Yellowknife, NT. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a one-year term – with possible extension. The ideal candidate will work on a Monday-to-Friday schedule out of our Head Office in Yellowknife, NT and provide HR support to our remote Project Sites.

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Office and Project Sites. To be successful, you must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.

What You'll Need:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
  • 2 – 3 years' experience working in an HR-related position
  • Experience working in construction or industrial mining would be considered an asset
  • Experience working on an HRIS system such as Bamboo HR, Humi, SAP, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
