Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Financial Sales Representatives. As part of this role, you will educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within store and kiosk settings. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences
  • Driving sales growth and advocacy for our client's product
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with store personnel
  • Maintaining confidentiality when handling customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to comfortably deliver key messages and engage with customers
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is considered an asset
