Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, administering programs, planning development projects, conducting surveys, analyzing data, preparing reports, conducting marketing studies, evaluating customer service, designing research projects, and developing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policies Development: Develop policies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.
- Program Administration: Administer programs to support business growth and development.
- Project Planning: Plan development projects to achieve business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles.
- Marketing Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions.
- Customer Evaluation: Evaluate customer service and store environments to improve business performance.
- Research Design: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office.
