Senior Commercial Banking Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Team Leader to join our team at Scotiabank.
As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Senior Client Relationship Managers (SCRMs), Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Associate Group Lead to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute tactical plans for the team, including market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on sales leadership and team management.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
