Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Professional to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and expertise in credit advice and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your superior client discovery and business analysis skills to meet client expectations for credit requests and completion of annual reviews
  • Provide quality business analysis and credit advice through presentation options that clearly articulate advantages and benefits to the client
  • Demonstrate RBC's capability to provide creative financial solutions in a timely manner and deliver credit solutions that meet or exceed client needs
  • Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration by coaching, mentoring and assisting colleagues to meet the needs of all clients
  • Exercise due diligence in recommending credit applications, working in collaboration with Risk Management, especially in supporting risk processes and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven track record in financial, risk and credit analysis/structuring in support of exceptional client relationship management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial lending in a financial institution
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting time sensitive deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills and client centricity
  • Experience with emerging resources, communications and technology (i.e., online data resources, web based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
