We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Victoria, Canada. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, and reflecting positively on our company's image.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
