About the Role:

  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless functioning.
  2. Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
  3. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
