Job Description
This temporary full-time position as a Forensic Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the team at BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services (BCMHSUS). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication among team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in medical transcription;
- One year of recent experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
