About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our new product to healthcare professionals and establishing it as the standard of care in recurrent C-Diff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, leveraging thorough product knowledge and account management skills
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing Leads, Medical Science Liaisons, logistics team, and other team members
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to achieve sales goals
  • Analyze market dynamics and healthcare economics to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience; 3+ years hospital sales experience
  • Infectious disease or Gastroenterology experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in ON or Quebec
  • Demonstrated success in account management and exceptional customer service skills
